JetBlue is ending service to and from Kansas City as part of a broader route reorganization in the wake of a federal judge’s decision to reject its merger with Spirit Airlines. The New York-based carrier also said it would trim routes out of Los Angeles International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. And it will not be returning to Newburgh, New York, after suspending service to the town amid the pandemic. The changes were made in an internal memo seen by NBC News. It’s the second round of route cuts the carrier has announced this year.
